About the photo: The weather in Corpus Christi has been gray and rainy for days. It's been cold (for Corpus). But today I went to Starbucks for coffee, and I was thinking about "surburban" and how that might apply to my new home. I live in a very busy suburban area. It's feels almost urban, for a town like this one. This strip mall is behind the Starbucks I typically visit. A sushi restaurant, an optometrist, a shop for women's "scrubs," it's a strip mall in a suburban area. The grayscale photo depicts the type of day it was, gray and overcast.
