About the photo: I had been dreading and, therefore, avoiding even thinking about this week's theme. I've never taken a self portrait beyond holding the camera in front of me (and friends) and taking snapshots. Tonight, however, while we were making dinner I picked up the camera and starting playing around with some shots. I knew that I wanted to try an extended exposure shot for it, so I set the camera to shutter-speed priority and then set the ISO to 100. I walked around the house a bit taking some shots. Then I lit a small candelabra and grabbed the Argus from a display of other older camera. I stood against a white wall with the candelabra to my right, held the camera in front of me with the LCD swivelled so it was facing me. I set the shutter-speed to 6, and set the timer to 2 seconds. When the shutter snapped I slowly moved the Argus up toward my face and looked into it. I then moved it back down and looked up. When editing I added some fill-light and desaturated the color.
